Refund policy

If you change your mind, just send it back, we are happy to refund you. Please contact us first at hellopinkpandabox@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must be within 30 days.

Please pack the unused product carefully in our original packing to avoid any damage in transit. 

We may not be able to accept returns for personalised items unless they are faulty, in which case we will offer a replacement first.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
